Client meetings can be arranged face to face in one of our offices or at your home if that’s more convenient for you. Most of our meetings are held online using Microsoft Teams or over the phone, but we have a flexible approach and can adapt to your needs.

An initial meeting with one of our advisers comes at no cost and without any further obligations.

There are several ways to book an initial meeting. You can either call our offices, send an email (all details can be found under contact us) or you can book a meeting directly with us by submitting a meeting request.

This is a highly prestigious designation with demanding qualification criteria and signifies to our clients and partners that we are very serious in our pursuit of the highest standards. It also confirms that we have a commitment at the highest level to professional qualifications and an adherence to ethical good practice.

Yes, we are independent financial planners, which means we’ll always give unbiased and unrestricted advice about the whole range of financial products for investing, as well as protecting you and your family and mortgages.

We have chosen not to operate in this space as this can be a very contentious issue. However, we can refer you to Origen, who specialise in transferring a defined benefit scheme and will be able to discuss your options.

With a financial plan you are much more likely to achieve your objectives as it helps you to focus on the tasks required to achieve your goals and identify the obstacles that you need to overcome along the way.

Part of our in-house investment services ensures that our investment team monitor
the funds daily and make changes, where needed, to ensure your investments are aligned to your risk profile. This is done as part of the fund charging structure and as our commitment to you.

If you engage with us for our ongoing advice services, your planner will meet with you once a year to discuss your plans, changes in circumstances either that have happened or are foreseen, review your attitude to investment risk and adjust your portfolio where needed.

Your planner is also able to discuss any aspect of your plans or concerns throughout the year when you feel the need for that additional support. The fee for this service is typically 0.5% pa of the funds invested.
