Shackleton positions itself for further growth with a trio of non-executive director appointments

12/02/2026 5 minutes

12th February 2026

London – 12 February 2025. Shackleton Advisers Limited (“Shackleton”) is today announcing the appointments of three highly experienced non-executive directors (“NEDs”) to its Board.

The appointments of Martin Andrew, Rosie Harris and Keith Jones follow the completion of the acquisition of a majority stake in Shackleton by Lee Equity Partners, LLC (“Lee Equity”) in November 2025.

Andrew Fisher, Chairman of Shackleton, said of the appointments: “Rosie, Keith and Martin bring financial services experience and expertise in abundance to our Board, and I am delighted that they have chosen to accept these roles. All three of them have had distinguished careers in executive leadership positions in regulated firms, and have developed deep non-executive and senior strategic advisory experience.

“Our sector remains highly fragmented, and yet it is changing and developing rapidly. As we continue to deliver on our vision to build a single, nationwide financial planning firm, with deep roots in local communities across the country, our three new Board members will support us not only with a blend of experience and skills, but also a deep understanding of the commercial opportunities and risks.”

Martin Andrew commented: “I am excited to join the Shackleton Board to support and help the business deliver its ambitious plans.”

Rosie Harris added: “I am looking forward to working with this experienced team to create a new standard for financial advice in the UK.”

Keith Jones concluded: “I am delighted to bring my experience in asset and wealth management to Shackleton’s ambitious and exciting project to build Britain’s financial adviser.”
