Adam Ryan

Adam is Head of Employee Benefits here at Shackleton, his team provides Employers and Employees with a high level of support and consultancy on all things Benefits, including pension guidance, healthcare, and group protection schemes.

Having worked in financial services for over 25 years, Adam has a wealth of experience; specialising in communications and building long term business relationships, his main role is working with new and existing companies to ensure they are making the most of their benefits. Adam believes Financial Education is key to a great benefits package; helping employees understand about personal finance is the best way for them to truly value what employers offer.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and their 2 dogs; he’s also a sports fanatic, enjoying keeping fit, golf and supporting Tottenham as regularly as possible.
