Adam Ryan

I am Head of Employee Benefits here at Shackleton, where my team and I provide employers and employees with dedicated support and consultancy across all areas of benefits — from pension guidance to healthcare and group protection schemes.

With over 25 years of experience in financial services, I specialise in communications and building long-term business relationships. My main focus is working with new and existing companies to ensure they get the most out of their benefits packages. I believe financial education is central to a great benefits package — helping employees understand personal finance is the best way for them to truly value what their employers provide.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our two dogs. I’m also a sports fanatic — I love keeping fit, playing golf, and supporting Tottenham whenever I can.
