Meet Dave

Dave Sollitt is Head of Technology and is responsible for shaping and executing the technology vision for our growing organisation. His focus is on leading the technology transformation roadmap across IT infrastructure, digital, security, integration, AI and service.

Dave is a highly experienced and innovative MBA-qualified global business leader with over 25 years’ experience across operations, business development (including leading financial planning teams), risk, IT and transformational change.

He brings extensive international and cross-cultural experience in financial services, with a proven track record of shaping and delivering strategic visions. Dave also ensures that technology serves as a key enabler to meet both organisational goals and customer needs.
