Emilia Moutter

I have worked in financial services for almost 15 years, spending much of my early career in banking with some of the UK’s largest financial institutions. I began providing regulated financial advice in 2020 and feel privileged to support clients who have received personal injury settlements or who are under the Court of Protection.

I have worked closely with Partners and Senior Associates at many of the UK’s leading law firms and greatly value their expertise and the support they have provided throughout my career. I am fully authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and am currently working towards Chartered status.

My aim is to make financial advice clear, accessible, and straightforward for everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances. I believe that no two situations are the same, and that financial planning should be tailored to reflect each individual’s needs, goals, and future priorities.

I specialise in providing investment advice for Court of Protection and personal injury trust clients, helping to ensure their funds are managed responsibly and in line with both short- and long-term objectives.

Outside of work, I am a lifelong Newcastle United supporter, enjoy outdoor and cold-water swimming (in the summer months!), and am a self-confessed foodie – so restaurant recommendations are always welcome.
