As Associate Director of Employee Benefits, I play a key role in developing and managing comprehensive benefit programs that support both organisational goals and employee well-being.

Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation for delivering innovative solutions in a constantly evolving benefits landscape. I’m committed to fostering a positive employee experience by ensuring that benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the needs of a diverse workforce.

My expertise spans health and wellness plans, retirement solutions, vendor management, and benefits communication strategies. With a strong foundation in both the technical and human aspects of benefits administration, I continue to be a trusted advisor and leader in the field.

Outside of work, I’m a keen football fan and a loyal home-and-away season ticket holder of Chelsea FC. When I’m not cheering from the stands, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and value the connections that come from shared experiences—whether on the pitch or in everyday life.
