James Porter

With 6 years of industry experience and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, I recently achieved Chartered status with the Chartered Insurance Institute.

My specialisms include retirement, investment, and inheritance tax planning. I carry out whole-of-market research and provide tailored advice to help clients strengthen their position and achieve their goals.

I began my career in a family-owned firm near Brighton before moving into a Paraplanner role at another Chartered Financial Planners. I later returned to the family business as a Financial Adviser, where I focused predominantly on retirement cases of all sizes.

Outside of work, I enjoy CrossFit, golf, squash, and boxing. I’m also a keen martial artist — I was part of the England Karate team and competed in Taiwan in 2015!
