Rob began his career in financial services in 2017 working in Defined Benefit (DB) Pensions, where he gained an invaluable understanding of the pensions landscape. After years of dedicated work in this technically specialised area, he carried out a spell working within a Restricted Financial Adviser firm but quickly realised this was not the right environment for him and moved to Ellis Bates an Independent Financial Adviser in 2022.
