Roy Smith

I have enjoyed a nearly 30-year career as a financial adviser, and I am delighted to bring that wealth of experience to Shackleton. I am a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.

I have always believed that financial advice should be personal and easily understood. It starts with taking the time needed to fully understand a client’s goals, attitudes, and concerns. This becomes the foundation on which a genuine partnership between client and adviser can be built. I offer holistic Independent Financial Advice across all aspects of financial planning, including pensions, investments, estate planning, and individual and family protection.

Outside of work, I’m a loving parent to two children and a Labrador. I love country music and am an enthusiastic supporter of rugby and football.
