Vicky Rouse

I am the Employee Benefits Team Leader, specialising in administration and employee relations. In my role, I oversee the servicing of corporate clients, manage the day-to-day administration of all employee benefit schemes and pensions, and act as a key liaison between clients and advisers.

With over 15 years of experience in financial services, gained from working with both insurers and brokers, I bring a strong background in delivering efficient and client-focused support.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching live music, dining out with friends, and singing in a local choir. A highlight for me was performing with my choir at Canterbury Cathedral for a charity event!
