Kieran is a Chartered Accountant with a background in M&A and Corporate Finance, having previously spent several years at a private equity backed professional services firm, in both a client facing advising and in-house corporate development role. Kieran joined Shackleton as M&A Director in April 2024 to lead on the delivery of our M&A strategy from an origination and execution perspective. Kieran is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
